I began learning about upholstery at Bury Adult Learning Centre during evening classes. I was approached by my then tutor to take my teaching exams and went on to work for Bury Council teaching in the community and at the Adult Learning Center. I have for the last few years also taught at Horwich Community Center.
I enjoy passing on my ski

I enjoy passing on my skills to people off all ages and abilities and it is very satisfying seeing peoples enjoyment of producing their own individual pieces that can be treasured.
