The workshops are open to experienced learners who wish to brush up on there knowledge and techniques or people with little or no knowledge.

You should firstly decide on your project, which can be as simple as some new cushion covers to brighten your room, a roman blind or set of curtains.

I will teach you how to use sewing machines and overlockers safely and you will learn different hand stitches. You will also be taught how to calculate the amount of material you will need.

You will need to bring to the workshops a basic sewing kit.

If you have your own sewing machine or overlocker and have struggled with getting started then you can use that in the workshop for personal use and I will help you to master your own equipment.

There will be overlockers and sewing machines in class for people to use if preffered.
